We are currently breaking ground on a 554,000 square foot building that is expandable to over 1 million square feet with 102 dock doors and 4 drive up doors. In addition, a new University of South Florida campus accommodating 15,000 students will be opening in the southwest quadrant of I-4 and Polk Parkway. This is expected to bring many new improvements and amenities to the area.
